Summer 2024!

The Washout, acrylic on canvas, 170 x 200 cm

A New Painting to celebrate Summer !

It has been a joy being here in France ! In March I went to Venice to oversee the installation of my work for Personal Structures–Beyond Boundaries. WOW! I was thrilled to work with the ECC (European Cultural Center) and went back for the opening in mid/late April which was in conjunction with La Biennale–Foreigners Everywhere. Quite simply —an extraordinary experience!

Here in Provence this Spring, we’ve witnessed major flooding and rains. In the painting above, I incorporated the concept of rejuvenation, which seems to be a common theme in my work. I hope you like it!

If you are in Venice, visit my work at Palazzo Mora. It is an honor to be a part of this exhibition. See below.

Very Warmly,
Karen
